"I don’t usually write reviews—but when a business leaves a lasting impression like this, it deserves to be recognized. Nearly six months ago, I purchased a 2016 Lexus GX460 for my 81-year-old mother through Jeff at Right Choice Auto Sales, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional.

Jeff’s website said to “call anytime,” and he meant it—he picked up the phone on a Sunday before a Federal Holiday, and from that very first call, he was kind, transparent, and as honest as the day is long.

I was hesitant about buying a vehicle sight unseen, especially over the phone. But the positive reviews gave me enough confidence to move forward—and Jeff did not disappoint. He answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. He told me where the car was coming from, gave background on the previous owner (a repeat client), and kept me informed every step of the way—even when there were no pictures available yet.

"I was in search for a Lexus ES 350 F-Sport and came across Jeff at Right Choice Auto via Car Gurus after a miserable experience at a local dealer here in SC. The website had the model I was looking for with low mileage, all the options I was looking for and at a fair price. Like most, I was hesitant on both trading my current vehicle and purchasing a new vehicle, sight unseen. Jeff is very fair when it comes to fair trade value and vehicle price and gives objective reasoning for how he operates.

We did all paperwork via email / docusign and Jeff was always reachable, even at late evening hours when most dealers would wait until the next day.

Once the checks cleared, my car was scheduled for pick-up to be delivered back to FL for the trade. The delivery fee for each car was half of what it would cost if I tried scheduling myself. The delivery of the Lexus to me was originally going to take 6 or so days and I shared this concern with Jeff. He voluntarily raised the cost for the delivery and was able to secure transport to me that same evening.

The car arrived as advertised, in beautiful shape and Jeff followed up with the necessary title information for my bank.
